Bollywood fitness is a high energy fun filled dance workout based on bollywood music. The movements are fusion of Bollywood dance evolved over time to modern dance from all over the world.

Come and enjoy a group Bollywood fitness session! Boost energy levels, increase flexibility, reduce stress and feel good. A unique blend of Bollywood dance movement with aerobic exercise. Move your body with the rhythm of music. Enjoy physical and mental well being through the experience.

Classes are every Saturday from 11:00 am at the PAL parsippany.
