Hi Meditation Masters,

Please join me every week for a group meditation class.
We will follow a variety of techniques to connect with ourselves and build up energy for the benefit of the whole group.

We will combine basics of Vipassana; chakra balancing; and transcendental meditation.

Ideal for deep relaxation; and to remove daily stress and anxiety from our lives.

I ask for a contribution of £5 to cover the basic overheads.

Meditation for Stress, Anxiety and PTSD

Bolton CVS

A meditation session designed to de-stress, relieve anxiety and help dissolve PTSD. This is a practical, secular meditation style using a combination of techniques and breath counts. I have been teaching group meditation for years, and the courses I teach are now registered with the CMA. Everyone knows meditation is good for you - very few take out the time to do it, don’t be that person - if you need this in your life this is honestly the most effective exercise you will mind (I have tried many myself) For anyone who prides themselves on being great meditators but feel like they dont always get round to it (be honest) this will be super useful for you too, you’ll do a full length session supervised and I’ll help you fine tune a technique that will work best for you.
