Open House Melbourne 2017 Walking Tour
Details
Hi Boomers,
Let's get out and explore Melbourne and experience part of her history. Denis will be hosting this year's tour.
Since 2008, Open House Melbourne has been connecting people with good design and architecture in the city.
It gives people the opportunity to explore outstanding houses, buildings, infrastructure and landscapes that illustrate our rich history, reflect how we live and work, and offer insights into our future city.
This year the City of Melbourne is running its annual Open House program on the weekend of the 29th and 30th of July.
Well known buildings, not usually accessible to the public are open for free, sometimes with guided tours. If you’ve got an adventurous spirit and an unbridled curiosity join with us and we’ll go exploring.
Meeting Point - 10:00 am on Saturday the 29th on the corner of Degraves Street and Flinders Lane (look for us amongst the outside cafes). Expected Time of Departure – 10:30.
Anticipated Sites to be Visited (Dependent Upon Availability and Not Being Booked Out).
