We will explore the simple steps to reduce and manage risk with the use of tools to evaluate the supply chain, reduce expenses and costs including materials.

Explore methods to speed the transition from concept through MVP to prototypes and on to production. At the same time evaluate some of the pitfalls many early stage startups fall into.

We will also look at the process early stage concepts and design to improve and streamline the outcome. As well as the importance of early stage, accurate, and detailed design, manufacturing documentation.
