Dr. Kyle IS Harrington, University of Idaho Professor and core Fiji developer, will talk about how recent advances in biological image analysis have vastly enhanced the interactive development of image analysis code. He'll cover software in the ImageJ software ecosystem, as well as a number of case studies ranging from developmental biology to chemical computation. Persons interested in biological images, computational biology, and artificial life are likely to enjoy the talk.
