We'll talk a lot about Amazon's Terms of Service in regards to buyer/seller messaging and the mistakes Liz has seen by Amazon sellers. It's more important than ever to be TOS compliant when you're asking for the all-important product review! This will be a topic I will also cover, since I've worked on numerous account suspensions tied to product review abuse. I'll also offer updates on my Seller Performance panel at Prosper (and the whole conference content) and some info on my recent meetings in Seattle Amazon HQ.
