Fall Apple Picking

Details
So it's the time of the year when the leaves are changing color and we say good-bye to summer. But don't fret! This means it's apple picking season! The honeycrisp, mcintosh, galas, and more are just waiting to be picked and eaten. So join us for a day of fun picking apples or other fruit of your choice to celebrate the beginning of fall.
Picked end of September because the weather is still slightly warm and early enough so there are still apples on the trees. Hope you can join us! :)
- We'll first meet up at the Kitchen, look for the signs after parking. There should be a good amount of parking since we're arriving there early, they open at 10:00 AM. So please everyone be sure to arrive on time since we are a large group and also everyone should have an idea on which 'pick your own' they want. Most of us will likely share a peck or 1/2 bushel so please bring some cash with you.

- We'll meet up again at the Kitchen at 1:30 PM. That should give everyone enough time to pick apples, tour the farm, and fill up on apples, doughnuts, or cider :)
Transportation is your own responsibility. If you need a ride or can give a ride be sure to indicate that. Indicate where you are coming from and what T stop you can meet at so carpools can be coordinated smoother. Our members are pretty good about offering carpools, be sure to help out w/ gas.
