Presentation:
unifyDB - a time-traveling graph database

Description:
An informal look at my work-in-progress graph database, unifyDB. There will be a presentation on the history, goals, architecture, and current state of the project, a high-level overview of the main algorithms and data structures that power the database, and a tour of the of the Clojure codebase. We'll save plenty of time for discussion, questions, and opportunities to deep-dive into any aspect of the project that interests the group.

The project source code can be found at https://github.com/unifydb/unifydb.

Speaker bio:
Jeremy Dormitzer is a software engineer at Lola.com. Although he doesn't write Clojure at his day job, he has done a number of Clojure/Script side projects, including Obelix, a static site generator, Looped In, a browser extension to show Hacker News comments for the current web page, and unifyDB, a graph database. When not writing code, Jeremy enjoys hiking, climbing, and reading trashy fantasy novels.
