Open Spaces - Observability

The Boston Devops meetup this month is focused on observability across systems, environments, and teams. What's useful to be logged and for how long? How does traceability help during production incident handling? What are some pitfalls of metrics aggregation and various sampling approaches? How should monitoring be iteratively improved?

There will be opportunities to discuss the above questions and other related topics. Our open spaces format goes something like this:
