Bring and Blink STM32F3 + Rust

After many months of planning, we are happy to announce the first Rust Programming Bring and Blink event.

Rust is a systems programming language that runs blazingly fast, prevents segfaults, and guarantees thread safety.

We will be hosting an event where all of us can learn how to blink and LED and more with Rust on small microcontoller board. Chris and I are prepared to give a brief talk and guide everyone through the projects.

In additional, several core Rust Programming Language developers will be joining us. They will give a brief talk, and be able to help with the workshop.

The paid RSVP is now closed. If you'd like to buy your own development board, follow the link before. You're welcome to attend without a board, but won't be able to do the Rust workshop itself.

We will be buying http://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/nucleo-f303re.html these for everyone that RSVPs and pays the fee. Any STM32F3 or STM32F4 board will work easily with the course material

As usual, we'll have beer and pizza. Please bring an additional $5-$10 if you want to partake in the food and drinks.
