What we're about

This is a group that focuses on the foundation of all performance in life and sports, good joint movement and clear movement "maps" (proprioception). We will be working on dynamic joint mobility drills and theory pertaining to how it works. Based on the very powerful Z-Health® system, the 3 main goals that we work on are: restoring end ranges of motion to all joints, rehabilitating past injuries/current movement compensations, teaching the brain and body to become smarter about movement. All movement levels welcome. Whether you are an office worker, dancer, martial artist, or athlete, you'll feel great after doing these drills.
