We will have TWO AMAZING videographers sharing their experience and insights on what you should (and shouldn't do) when you're filming your crowdfunding: Nelson de Witt and Alecia Jean Orsini Lebeda.

Alecia Jean Orsini Lebeda. Alecia is the CEO of Good Natured Dog Productions and also the President of Women in Film & Video of New England. Alecia has worked on hundreds of films for startups, crowdfunding and short films.

Nelson de Witt: Currently the chief storyteller at Cabin 23 Productions, which is working on an upcoming documentary film about El Salvador's disappeared children (Nelson was separated from his family during El Salvador's civil war and reunited with them at the age of 16.) Nelson also wrote 'A Kickstarter's Guide' and has consulted extensively on Kickstarter, advised on challenges that can be faced when launching a crowdfunding campaign. He's personally worked on five crowdfunding campaigns from start to finish and, advised over 20 others.

In this meetup we will be hearing from Alecia and Nelson, experienced filmmakers that have worked on a range of projects, product promotions an dcrowdfunding campaigns on what not to do when you are filming your crowdfunding or product videos.

We'll also be sharing local crowdfunding campaigns that are underway - so if you have a campaign that you will be about to launch, or will be live, then please let us know (email: crowd at hazelbutters.com) so we can give you a shout out and include you on handouts for the evening.
