We hear a lot about "acceptance" and "letting things go." We hear a lot less about HOW to actually do it effectively, and our efforts often leave us feeling like we're banging our heads against a wall. Instead of freeing us, acceptance and letting go end up on that big pile of things we figure we'll sort out "some day."

My entire relationship -- and skill! -- with these concepts changed suddenly and dramatically several years ago. The insights that led to this transformation will be the focus of this event.

PLEASE NOTE these meeting location and attendee limit changes for this event.
We will again meet at the Watertown library, but we will be in the Watertown Savings Bank Meeting Room on the first floor; it's down the short hallway on the left after the main desk. Since this is a larger room, no attendee limit is necessary (so bring friends ;) ). Feel free to bring cushions, pillows, etc. for our sitting, and there are chairs available if that's preferred.

The format will be similar to our previous meetups: some quick intros, a brief talk called "Why We Fail At Acceptance, And How To ACTUALLY Let Go," a 20ish-minute sitting, and time for Q+A and general discussion.

I'm looking forward to sharing and sitting with you all once again!
