Following up on our recent "Calming Your Inner Control Freak" event, "Stop Poking The Bear" will focus on identifying, understanding, and releasing those "vicious cycle" thought patterns. (This will work as a standalone session; "Calming Your Inner Control Freak" is not a prerequisite.)

*** TIME AND LOCATION CHANGE ***
We'll be meeting at the Lucia Mastrangelo Meeting Room on the second floor of the Watertown library at 3:15 (not our usual 2:15). Feel free to bring cushions, pillows, etc. for our sitting, and there are chairs available if that's preferred.

The format will be similar to our previous meetups: some quick intros, a brief talk called "Stop Poking The Bear," a 30ish-minute sitting, and time for Q+A and general discussion.

This will be a terrific opportunity to start discovering freedom from a common and exhausting problem. Looking forward to another great event!
