A spot has opened up for me to offer a Meetup on the 25th and I thought I'd share something I've been working on in my own practice recently; it digs into a surprising and critical insight that I've had about attachment, and my hunch is that it will resonate with many of you as well.
The format will be similar to our previous meetups: some quick intros, a brief talk called "The Sneakiest Attachment of All," a 30ish-minute sitting, and time for Q+A and general discussion.
LOCATION
We'll be meeting at the Lucia Mastrangelo Meeting Room on the second floor of the Watertown library at 2:15. Feel free to bring cushions, pillows, etc. for our sitting, and there are chairs available if that's preferred.
