I recently came across a new (to me!) mindfulness technique to share. It's very quick to describe, so we won't have the usual talk before we sit ... for those who enjoy the talks, there will be plenty of that in the psychology-meets-meditation overview in Mindfulness for the Professionally Anxious the following week. 😉 Instead, we'll spend a little extra time practicing the technique and may have more time for discussion/Q+A as well.
