No one is better at getting in our way than us ... which is pretty fortunate, because our own patterns are the only ones we can actually change! Let's take a look at how to stop laying a few of our most common self-made traps.

This session will follow our usual format: we'll open with a brief talk, followed by a 25-minute guided meditation and a Q+A/discussion period.
