Mindfulness 101: "Am I Doing This Right?"

The dawning of a new year is a great time to get back to basics about what we're doing -- and not doing -- as part of a mindfulness meditation practice. This session will be a great introduction for new practitioners and the merely curious, as well as an opportunity for experienced (or lapsed ;) ) meditators to refocus.
This session will follow our usual format: we'll open with a brief talk, followed by a 25-minute guided meditation and a Q+A/discussion period.
