In our last session, we explored some ways to ground ourselves in physical activities; let's follow this up by practicing a few techniques for feeling more centered while we're on the cushion.

This session will follow our usual format: we'll open with a brief talk, followed by a 25-minute guided meditation and a Q+A/discussion period.
