In our last session, we explored some ways to ground ourselves in the body. Let's follow this up by focusing on a critical element of feeling centered in body AND mind: building self-trust.

This session will follow our usual format: we'll open with a brief talk, followed by a 25-minute guided meditation and a Q+A/discussion period.
