"Just let it go." That advice - whether offered with good intention or as a passive-aggressive brush-off - isn't very helpful. The end of another tumultuous and traumatic year is the perfect time to practice effective ways of ACTUALLY letting go.
This session will follow our usual format: we'll open with a brief talk, followed by a 25-minute guided meditation and a Q+A/discussion period.
