"After enlightenment, the laundry" is one of my favorite phrases. It's a terrific reminder that mindfulness meditation is not about escaping life or transcending day-to-day reality, but about truly LIVING each moment as it unfolds.

*** This session will be a little different ***
Many of my most profound insights and shifts have happened OFF the cushion. Meeting via Zoom gives us the opportunity to engage in an off-the-cushion practice ... together!

For this session, feel free to engage in a physical chore or other activity during the guided meditation; optimally, something simple that does not require much active thinking or that would make too much noise to hear the guidance. Many tasks that we normally do on auto-pilot will be perfect; you might fold laundry, wash dishes, or do some slow walking. (Or, if you prefer, kick it old-school and just sit.)

We'll open with a brief talk as usual, followed by a 25-minute guided meditation and a Q+A/discussion period.

Please RSVP to see the Zoom link.

I'm looking forward to sitting (or not sitting 😉) and sharing with you all once again!
