Seed Power-Seed Magic! with Su Cousineau
• What we'll do The creative power of a single seed is enormous and inspiring! In this class, a collaboration with the Boston Food Forest, we’ll slow down and explore the seeds of native medicinal plants and other common herbs. I’ll present on seeds used directly as medicine, the healing properties of some specifc plants from native seeds and then guide us on a meditation in the tradition of plant spirit practices. Depending on weather, time and group interest we may plant a few herbs at the Boston Food Forest site, as well. * Feel free to bring a small container for a take home planting * Registration with the Boston nature center is very helpful, but not required (see below) * Small donation suggested Facilitator: Su Cousineau Suggested Donation $10 • What to bring Small container optional, dress for the weather as this is an outdoor workshop. • Important to know
