Sometimes it is hard to make sense of a journey, and they can alter our sense of self, other and the world, sometimes they can even reveal hidden traumas…One thing is for sure… these medicines are powerful, transformational, beautiful and challenging and it is essential to connect and integrate and feel part of a community.
