Calling anyone who wants to run a 5K!
Do you have a family member or friend who wants to get in shape but doesn't know how to start? Help get them walking or jogging by inviting them along to one of our meetups! I think it'll be a great way to meet people from our neighborhood while getting fit!
Together, we're going to work from couch potato to 5K in 10 weeks. Come run with us 3-4 times per week! Anyone from the community can participate.
Mondays - Thursdays. 6:00 - 6:45 pm.
Encourage those you love to get “off the couch” and join you in the great sport of running. Come have some fun! Bring a water bottle and join the group at 299 Berkeley Street in Boston. (There's parking behind the church off the alley.)
People from all levels of walking and jogging are welcome to join us. If you can already run a 5K, this is a great way to improve your time. We use Cool Running's Couch to 5K app to guide our runs.
Please consult your doctor if you have a health or medical condition that prevents you from exercising.
