Come learn about how “digital exhaust data” and social network analysis can be applied to understand and interpret people’s attitudes, behaviors and chances of collaborating and innovating together. Social networks are a powerful, hidden tool because they provide an alternative, relational view of how things happen within a group, community or company.
Speaker Bio: Dr. Jacqueline Ng Lane is a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Business School and the Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard. She has a PhD in Management Science from Northwestern University and her research focuses on (1) how knowledge sharing and diversity affect innovation and (2) strategies to improve diversity and equality on digital platforms.
