Finding the Deals! Kim Harrington and Chris Coute of Brownstone Realty

Kim Harrington has been actively involved in real estate investing for nearly 10 years. She is the principal of a well-regarded real estate solutions provider in the residential market, specializing in purchasing non performing assets at deep discount to market value. Her focus is on both residential properties as well as mortgage notes. She definitely knows how to find the deals!

Kim started her career as an analyst for a mid size consulting firm servicing Fortune 500 companies where she worked with clients from a broad spectrum of industries. She also served as Director of Treasury Controls within the Treasury and Capital Markets Group of MassMutual Financial Group. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA with a focus in Finance and Organizational Behavior from The Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Chris has been working in real estate for over ten years, both as a top real estate agent in the Taunton area, as well as an active redeveloper within the New England area. He is focused on providing the best possible service to his clients. Chris grew up south of Boston, and is very familiar with what the area has to offer. He received a degree in Business Management and served our country for over 14 years on active military duty in the United States Army, and now in the Army Reserves holding the rank of Master Sergeant (E-8). Chris has a passion for real estate, and has worked in the field as a licensed appraiser and is currently an active real estate agent with Brownstone Realty Group. Chris also has significant rehabbing experience, as he has overseen the renovation of over 200 houses in the last three years.

His market knowledge is second to none, and he is known for his ability to communicate effectively and respond quickly to his client's needs. Chris resides in Taunton, MA with his wife and son & daughter, and enjoys traveling, golfing, sports and entertaining family and friends.
