Modeling & Simulation in drug development

Boston! Our September Seminar & Mixer event "Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) in Drug Development" is approaching. The event features a talk by our distinguished guest speaker Cynthia J. (C.J.) Musante, Ph.D. Senior Scientific Director and Head of the QSP Lab in Pfizer's Internal Medicine Research Unit (IMRU) in Cambridge, MA USA. In addition, Dr. Musante is also an advocate for model-informed approaches both within and outside of Pfizer.

The event will be chaired by Dr. Gianluca Nucci, Vice President, Early Clinical Development, Head of Clinical Pharmacology at Pfizer.

Talk Title: The Future Is So Bright: Quantitative Systems Pharmacology in Drug Discovery & Development.

In this talk, Dr. Musante will give an overview on QSP's past, president, and future, including pioneering and recent case studies from Pfizer, one of the QSP's earliest adopters.
