Follow Up Workshop - Fix and Flipping Houses - The Nuts and Bolts

Norman Novinsky and Winnie Uniacke, co-authors of the NUTS & BOLTS OF FIX AND FLIPS, share their experiences. Norman, an attorney, also held a general contractor license and built luxury homes as well as office buildings, including the first office condo development in Massachusetts.

Winnie has a strong financial background with over two decades of dealing with both residential and commercial properties, has been responsible for transacting thousands of mortgage loans. She is a successful entrepreneur as well, cofounding three companies.

Norman and Winnie cofounded Mortgage Solutions, which worked in the field of subprime mortgages and then co-founded Harper Financial LLC that specializes in investor loans. As investors themselves and after observing the flipping industry, they found that there was a lack of information that provided practical information about the BUSINESS needs of fixing a property and then flipping it for a profit.
