Norman Novinsky and Winnie Uniacke are the co-founders of Harpers Financial as well as the authors of the just released book, ‘The Nuts and Bolts of Fix and Flips: Learn the Business Needs of Fix and Flips with Us.”

Norman is a 40 year plus Massachusetts based bankruptcy attorney. Norm is an in-demand attorney was also an adjunct professor at New England School of Law, where he taught legal writing and research as well as debtor/creditor law. As well as being a co-founder of Mortgage Solutions, Inc, he was also a licensed general contractor building luxury homes and office condominiums.

Winnie is a career mortgage maven with over 20 years of both residential and commercial lending experience. The industry executive has transacted thousand of loans for several trusted mortgage companies including three companies that she co-founded and skillfully managed. As co-founders of Harper Financial, both Norman and Winnie saw a need to educate and assist an individual, both new and experience, in the real estate business.
