Rust 1.0 Anniversary Party and Hack Night!

Howdy folks! Let's celebrate the second anniversary of Rust 1.0 with pizza, cake, and some social hacking. Hang out with official Rust team members, get advice from fellow Rustaceans, and experience some short talks on the present and future of Rust development.
