3 Mile Run - Mill Creek Town Center

Rain or shine - let's have another group run! Let's meet at the Mill Creek Town Center Starbucks at 7:30 in the morning (the one that's next to Central Market) and head north on the North Creek Trail and go until we arrive to the track field then loop back. https://www.traillink.com/trail/north-creek-trail/ - I'll wear my bright neon yellow coat (it's hard to miss). I'm a slow runner, so if you're a bit past 7:30, then feel free to catch up! My yellow lab is my plus one - feel free to bring your four-legged (or 2 legged) friend as well!
