-- This workshop will provide scientific evidence of climate change;
-- Discuss legal, social, and political issues; and suggest actions for prevention.
-- The requirements for becoming a certified Climate Change Professional (CC-P©) will be discussed. - Bio: Richard W. Emory, Jr.
-- Was a career environmental enforcement attorney who retired in 2011 from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
-- He served as our nation’s top lawyer directly responsible for all EPA investigations of pollution crime.
-- Then, often collaborating with the OECD and UNEP, for 17 years he worked globally in EPA foreign assistance to many other nations also wanting clean air and clean water
-- the author of Fighting Pollution and Climate Change: An EPA Veteran’s
Guide How to Join in Saving Our Life on Planet Earth (BookLocker, 2020)
-- and technical papers on international environmental policy and law.
-- Richard holds a BA from Yale University and a JD from Harvard Law School.

-- Now retired, was the Senior Director of Quality for ResCare, a human services company with 45,000 employees.
-- Before ResCare, David was a consultant at ARBOR specializing in research and training on gathering, understanding, and deploying the voice of the customer.
-- His client list included Ford Motor Company, Anheuser-Bush, Allied-Signal, Intel, and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
-- He is the co-author of Four Days with Dr. Deming, Addison-Wesley Press (10th printing);
-- Measuring Customer Satisfaction (ASQ ISO 9000 Handbook, Ch. 29);
-- Voice of the Customer Guide (USDOL) and numerous technical papers.
-- David earned a BA from Hobart College and an MS from Pratt Institute.
-- He is a volunteer at the Chesapeake Climate Action Network (CCAN)
