May Book: The Right Triangle by Martha Anne Hudson

May Book: The Right Triangle by Martha Anne Hudson

Details

NOTES: Because of Memorial Day weekend we are moving the meeting back two weeks. This will avoid holiday and first Friday craziness in downtown. The author will be joining us for the discussion.

This promises to be a really fun meeting since the author is local to Georgia. She is willing to join us for the discussion. She'll be available to answer questions and is excited to hear what we think.

The book can be found on online at Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Local bookstores are able to get copies (if they do not have them in stock). The author has also said they will be available at E Shaver Bookstore on Bull Street. If you have any difficulty locating the book, just let me (Elle) know.

More on the book:

Beth had it all: a husband, a home, a good job, two children, and great friends. Then a letter came - and she went 33 years back in time. It brought people back into her life that she thought were gone forever. This is a true love story with so many different kinds and so many different levels of love. The extent to which a south Georgia family would go to protect their daughter and the future they have planned for her, adoptions, and reunions are the basis of the story. Come along on a 35 year journey of love, loss, and hope in settings that take you to the historic Georgia towns of Savannah, Waycross, and Tybee Island, then to the Florida towns of St. Andrews, Old Homosassa, Weeki Wachee, and Tarpon Springs. Greenville and Charleston, South Carolina are stops along the way in the story, and pausing for now in a small South Carolina railroad town. You will not be able to put this book down.
