This group is for an outdoor loving person that enjoys exercising in a group setting. Every Saturday on Junipero Beach in Long Beach our company, The Boxing Movement, hosts a $5 Bootcamp on the beach. So what is it? We start with a warm up to begin the Bootcamp and once we're done, we break down the class. We have a variety of different timed workout stations such as cone drills, resistance band training, abdominal stations, cardio stations, and much more. The group rotates through each of these two times with cooldown sections in between stations. We end the class with a nice stretch to make sure nobody injures themselves as they go about the rest of their weekend. It's the PERFECT way to start your weekend off right!
