Ever heard the expression "we use only 10% of our brains?" Well - we don't. We use our whole brains, all the time. However, we are not always 100% efficient about making the most of our amazing brains. This group is for those who are interested in learning about applying findings in neuroscience, psychology and coaching to achieve happier, healthier and more productive lives.
To that end, I will offer a series of hands-on workshops where I will offer the latest scientific findings in combination with psychological and coaching techniques to address various topics, including brain health, goal achievement, creating healthy habits and managing emotions.
