What we're about

Brain health is both the most important and the least understood aspect of overall health. Without the ability to think, learn and remember, a person’s life is eventually stripped to nothing. This is why diseases such as dementia and alzheimer's are devastating, not only for the individual, but also for their partners, families, friends and communities.

The good news is is that there are many things a person can do to prevent brain deterioration from ever happening. This is a group for anybody who is interested in preventing dementia and memory loss. We’ll meet monthly to talk, learn new skills and share experiences.

Our group is founded by Dr. Jasmine Hall. Dr. Hall is a naturopathic doctor who’s focused on treating brain related disease and injuries such as dementia, Alzheimers, post concussion syndrome, amongst others.
