In this talk, we will share what DevOps means to us and how it has changed the way we think about and build software. You will learn about DevOps from a leadership perspective, and about DevOps from an engineer's perspective. We will reserve time for questions and discussions after the talk for those of you that are just starting to learn or starting your transition to a DevOps culture.
