The Brazos Real Estate Investors Club was founded by Keith Roberts and Jeff Mazzolini. Keith is the Co-Owner of the HomeVestors® of Bryan/College Station (We Buy Ugly Houses®) and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with 12 Realty, Home of the Unique Flat Fee Listing Service. Jeff is the Co-Owner of HomeVestors® of Bryan/College Station, Broker with Twelve Realty and Owner of Texas Investor Financing and Texas Cash Investors.
Our Mission is to provide a forum for investors to network with one another, gain cutting-edge industry knowledge, meet trusted industry professionals, guide all members to conduct themselves with a Professional Code of Conduct in order to meet the highest ethical standards in each facet of their business and provide early and direct access to many local real estate deals...
The Main Monthly meetings consist of networking, relevant and useful Real Estate Investment Training, and Deal Builder Sessions. Typically held the 4th Tuesday or Thursday Evening of the month.
We hold a Happy Hour "HOT BRIC's" meeting 2 weeks before the Main meeting for those Active Investors who want to network more and for those new investors who want to meet and learn. Typically held the 2nd Wednesday Afternoon of the month.
As a new or seasoned Real Estate Investor you probably realize the key to success in this business is finding the right deal and getting all the pieces together quickly. You probably also learned how difficult it is to find reliable and trusted lenders, contractors, buyers, and other professionals. Our DEAL BUILDER Sessions could be the perfect solution for you.
The DEAL BUILDER is a portion of the meeting set aside to Build Deals! Select Investors are given 2 minutes to present a deal to the group of real estate professionals who are ready to make deals! DEAL BUILDER Sessions are an open arena for investors who wish to make offers on investment properties that are being offered for sale. All deals presented will be reviewed and discussed as a group and… houses will be SOLD! Deal Builder Sessions are for any investor, new or seasoned that would like the opportunity to discuss and negotiate deals among a group of peers and professionals. Deal Builder Sessions are not auctions or Realtor Presentations but rather an opportunity to become involved, have some fun, network with other investors, and to be part of a deal as it happens in real time!
The value of this organization is in its members participating and communicating with each other. This is not a "How To" or a "BUY MY DVD" Seminar, nor will we pitch products or services from the front of the room. We will strive to remain a forum for Investors to network and seek advice from competent professionals. The more you come, the more contacts you make, the more deals you build, the smarter we all get!
