About the Speaker: RYAN TERRY is a Principal and Managing Partner at R + T Studio (http://homevestors.us7.list-manage2.com/track/click?u=a5bf8f7efb707534ae5a1a945&id=29a26be192&e=9e5244c860), a real estate development and consulting company based in Bryan/College Station, Texas specializing in incremental real estate development projects and the revitalization of small towns and cities. As a former Marine Corps infantry officer, Mr. Terry directed a multi-national working group for NATO and led the implementation of multiple strategic initiatives across the major component commands of the U.S. Army.

Mr. Terry resides in Bryan and holds a Master of Public Service & Administration degree with a concentration in Urban Policy, Development, and Design from the George Bush School of Government & Public Service at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Classics from the University of Georgia. Mr. Terry’s areas of expertise include land use and transportation policy, entitlements, urban design, and economic and community development.
