What we're about
This is a relaxed group designed to introduce people to and to explore the Art of Breath Release Meditation.
Some call it Pranayama Yoga. This is NOT a pretzel, bendy, contortion or even seated style. You will be asked to lay on the floor and experience a guided breath meditation.
I have studied Non-cognitive processes for over 20 years and this is, in my experience, by far, the easiest way to quiet the mind and achieve the Yogi state of mind.
