This Mindful Breathwork-Meditation group is for anyone who is for Everyone! [Please note: If you are below 18 years old, then ask your guardian to accompany].
Most importantly for you, if you are facing/working through any uncomfortable emotions (stress, tension, past hurt, disappointments, anger, guilt, fears), and is looking for strategies to release these emotions easily, quickly and consistently.
Once you understand the right breathing technique, this can create a huge impact to your thoughts and actions. Bear in mind that every thought can change your breath rhythm. If you are happy, breathing is rhythmic. If you are also stressed, your breathing will most often be interrupted or irregular. If you master the “art of breathing”, you can easily understand self healing.
Weekly online zoom classes will be offered to learn how to use the most amazing tool at our disposal "our breath".
What you can expect after every session is to come away with an open heart full of gratitude, calm and focussed mind and a new perspective if you are ready to commit to the technique.
