What we're about

Enjoy brewery culture - it's about more than beer. It's about quality time relaxing with friends, family, and soon to be friends. Follow Game Carriage to local Denver area breweries. Bring your boardgames or let us show you our favorite boardgames. If there is something specific you want to give a go, let us or the group now. Between all of us, someone has a copy of it and hopefully we have cultivated a community of sharers. No worries if you haven't played in years or play all the time other places. Do something fun out and about around town. Cultivate your community with boardgames and great beer!

See our calender all events are free!!! We play play whatever games we can squeeze in between beers, laughs, and conversation. Hope to see you at one of your exceptional brewery partners or other events.

Denver East - Copper Kettle Game Night

Copper Kettle Brewing Company

Let's play games on the east side and drink some good beer. I'll bring some games, you bring some brands, light games or heavy games, there will be something for everyone. If you're really wanting to play a game you have (or know someone else has), feel free to make suggestions in the chat.

The brewery will have a reserved area for us. They usually have a food truck, check their website for who'll be there.

We will be playing games that I consider a little heavy (aka takes some effort to get going on but fun because you can really engage). As open to suggestions of exactly what game as those that go to hypnotherapy.

We expect a good time, bc even when the game is serious this group... well we just aren't. It's boardgames and beer. So come relax and kick butt. Lol.

Did have to limit this to just 1 table, but we will bring 10 to 15 easier games (like 8+ age range but still super fun) that you can self teach while we hunker down and play more challenging ones. There will be plenty of time for chatting and cross tables convo. I mean that is the point of these things to play but like with other live people. Lol.

there will be learning curve for this table but trust me when have had this meetup a while. we get how to teach heavy games even if you haven't played any games in a long time. The teacher often gets schooled in this meetup, So don't worry about being "the worst". Just show up. As was mad-ly put by some sports guy...you miss 100% of the shots you don't take. You might not be great but at least you showed up.

Also, sports of all kinds are pretty much always on here. On several screens, if that is your excuse for sitting home alone or bored together.

Also, if you're not in the mood for a heavy game then rsvp to the Sunday.funday event on the same day at the same place. We will have about 10 to 15 games available to play...for free, but won't be able to do more then answer a few simple questions here and there. But honestly. If my 11 niece can learn most of these by reading through the directions outloud with me once in about 10 minutes, I am confident. You got this. Family friendly place usually have homemade root beer or ginger ale on tap. So good.

Chain Reaction of good times- 4th Thursdays

Chain Reaction Brewing Company

Okay. So Max will be officially hosting as it turns out the new gig has lots of new year stuff. So though I love games, I don't want to play bad at new job, so Max my person, Max is hosting!

As usual, he will be bringing 10 to 20ish games, but feel free to bring your favs or just let us know what those are and we will bring our copy.

Also, as usual, whether you play boardgames all the time or are just giving it a go for the first time since you were 8, show up to chat or play. Competitive but friendly group. Family friendly brewery, so come on over even if you can't get a sitter if you have kiddos. We have some family games with littles games (message us so we can bring age appropriate stuff) or family with older kids games too.

Yes, you will need to be an adult and follow any county/city rules about masks when not sitting down. Save that fighting spirit for the game please. We don't love it either, but things are what they are. So thankful we can do the things still.

Dude. Don't wonder. Just show up. Very sassy and smart group and idk the brewery thing attracts people that even when we play something complicated, just like good chill people.. competitive but not jerks. I mean games, beer, and a bunch of free thinking, maybe a bit silly, diverse, and adventurous group. Come by and join this little community or swing by join in so you have a new hobby to get you though[masked].

K. At least we offer refuge to play that thought away for a few hours. Lol.
