What we're about

We are all about living ethical lives without religion and campaigning for a world which is fair for everyone. We are not "aggressive atheists" but we do want fair treatment for people of all faiths and none and we are very happy to engage with people of all persuasions who wish to take part in genuine open discussion. We meet at the Phoenix Art Space, 10-14 Waterloo Place, Brighton BN2 9NB on the first Wednesday of every month except August, usually in the Green Room (press the Green Room door bell to be let in). The meeting usually takes the form of a talk followed by questions and discussion or just a social. Events are free to attend and open to all, although we do request a small voluntary donation towards venue hire and a small charge for refreshments. We also organise the occasional extra social event, such a pub meet up or summer outing.
