Brighton Mobile Dev Meetup / 68 Middle Street / Tudor Jenkins / Ryan Hanna

Hello Mobbers,

We have two amazing talks for this month's meetup from our very own Tudor Jenkins and Ryan Hanna.

Many of you will know these two gents and the amazing skills they have, so make sure you RSVP early as these talks won't fail to impress.

Wednesday the 15th July, doors at 1830 with talks kicking off at 1900.

Ryan Hanna - Unlocking Your App’s Potential

Learn how you can market your app for free to make sure your development efforts are rewarded with downloads. Ryan will share the methods that helped Sworkit get it’s first million downloads without any marketing costs and beyond to over 1 million monthly active users. Expect - development considerations, community engagement, engaging with users and influencer outreach.

Tudor Jenkins - Internet of Things - making “the things" work together

By bringing together different technologies I will show how an Apple Watch can really bring convenience to an everyday household interaction. The talk will show how to bring together iBeacons, Phillips Hue lights and an Apple Watch to make a convenient and seamless way of adjusting our environment. If time allows, I will add a forth technology, the LightBlue Bean.

As we did last time we will have beers and pizza aplenty and It will be a chance to meet and hang out with some like minded mobile developers.

Open to all experience, abilities, job roles & stages. Whether you're from a mobile app company, a freelancer or just dabbling into apps for the first time, we'd love you to join us.

This event is totally free, we just need to know how much beer and pizza to get in so no-one goes hungry!

Afterwards we will head a few doors down Middle Street to the Globe pub for post-event drinks and mingling!

Look forward to seeing you on the 15th!
