Hi! I teach Qigong - an ancient Chinese practice designed to calm, heal and revitalise body and mind. Simple for everyone to do! I trained with the London College of Shiatsu and am fully insured.
We do energising and strengthening movement for the whole body, bringing in mindfulness and usually a meditative cup of Chinese seasonal tea. Qigong is one of the practises Kung Fu masters do to make them stronger ;)
ps I usually have a small group of friends and other participants outside of meet up coming to sessions, so there's normally at least a few of us (for those ever worried about being the only person to click 'attending')

Qigong involves really simple energising and calming movements for body and mind. Suitable for almost all ages and abilities. Excellent for athletes to work the smaller muscles and for anyone who is interested in wellbeing.
Wear loose layers, bring water, don't eat anything heavy for 2 hours before, ideally.
