Monday mornings at Unit 4: Weekly drop in Qigong classes with Matt: 10am – 11.15am Suitable for beginners and anyone who wants to start the week off by getting in touch with their energy. Qi Gong helps you relax, calms the mind and improves posture. • Qigong • Taiji • Daoyin • Makko-Ho exercises • Ki Exercises and development • Well-being guidance £7.50/£6 concessions. No experience necessary. The first class is free.

What we're about

This is a group to explore the human potential for health and energy development using a variety of Oriental practices drawn from Qigong, Tai Chi, Shiatsu and Seitai. No experience is necessary and the class is always tailored to the needs of the people present, suitable for people who feel well and those with health challenges. The class runs on a drop-in basis.
