What we're about

This is a group to explore the human potential for health and energy development using a variety of Oriental practices drawn from Qigong, Tai Chi, Shiatsu and Seitai. No experience is necessary and the class is always tailored to the needs of the people present, suitable for people who feel well and those with health challenges. The class runs on a drop-in basis. In the current coronavirus situation we will be practising a 2 metre social distancing policy for safety.

Qigong in the Park

Preston Manor Garden

Qigong in the Park at Preston Park. Bring sun hat, sunscreen, water etc. if necessary and in case of heavy rain there will be no class (it will usually be moved to the Sunday if the weather is better). Covid secure operating 2 metre social distancing between people. Suitable for all levels of experience.
