Bring us your work problems. We'll listen, and create a number of games that get at the heart of what's going on, then play those games in the group. It has a magical effect. For example, John Doe was frustrated because he kept sharing his expertise about a critical project, but the decision maker never seemed to hear him. Counter-intuitively, we played some games around Status, and John learned, by doing, how body language, voice cadence, and word choices transmit to everyone around what status you believe you have. After a few games, his status signals raised, and suddenly he started being taken more seriously.
Play will be similar to playing pictionary or scharades. Expect lots of laughter and getting up and doing things. Be ready to be surprised, ready to move, and wear comfortable clothing.
