This is a special, up-market experience. Gerard’s Bistro is the latest of the stylish restaurants in the James Street precinct. This one-of-a-kind culinary destination has earned many praises from critics since it opened in July of 2012.

Its modern décor features a textured yet relaxing environment. The restaurant’s intelligent and simplistic structure and layout, which create a flow through chains of interconnected areas, promise to give guests a unique dining experience.

The man behind its delightful creations is Head Chef Ben Williamson—one of the elites of the restaurant scene in Brisbane for his widely-recognised work with Cha Cha Char and Urbane. The menu has great influences from some of the most flavourful cuisines in Southern Europe, Northern Africa, and the Middle East.
