Cheese Class: Europe vs Australia

Let's have a bit of fun and pair 3 wonderful examples of Aussie cheeses with 3 from Europe. I'm not necessarily going to compare like for like (e.g. Brie with Brie) but rather the 'type of cheese' (e.g. white mould), so that we get a larger variety of cheese and challenge your taste buds further.

At the end of the night, we'll be tallying up the score and declare a winner. It's like at the Eurovision, Australia will have a good chance to win it even though it is seen as an outsider.

Anyway, it certainly will be a fun night with excellent cheeses as usual.
